We all go through depression. But at least you have something to work with. I know a person right now living on the streets and smile more than we do. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) I hate winter. Everything looks so gloomy. I keep daylight bulbs in at least one lamp in each room, so it looks as if the sun is shining in the house. Vitamin D is so important.
