Two things I think happen that lead to BG axing Bond, I start off with the first reason and that is ego BG feels like he reach a point that he doesn't need any of the original cast to have a successful podcast he feels like he's that dude and people will tune in regardless because of him, Reason 2 is he really doesn't like to be challenged well only to a certain extent if you look at the remaining cast members you will notice that these are the people who will take it light on him they won't challenge him like Bond or even like Hard8 if you notice Bond and Hard8 is the only cast members who really called out BG and Challenge him and guess what they both gone.
