No one had confusion, as a PhD doctor, i know that even before egg retrieval process, when u r preparing ur ovaries, heavy workouts like weight lifting and crunches etc that cause bending on pelvic region are prohibited as they may cause ovarian torsion. But anyways it's good that all has went well for you until now i.e the process of pickup

Mam... Before embryo transfer, endometrial scratch karwa lena... That helps a lot to conceive... And After embryo transfer don't pickup Candy or Chun Chun or anyone... Picking up anything little bit heavy also can go against conceiving... Hopefully all will be fine soon!🙏🙏🙏
