U r really very brave..I can understand ur pain..,I was also going through the same condition.. only aayurveda helped me.. dear both., please just consult any aayurvedic doctor once..if u want..I was also trying to lose weight, facing PCOS, mental stress,that swelling, family issues., but I did both treatment altogether.. & now I'm 5 month pregnant.,n that too with obesity..my journey is going very smoothly..just believe on urself..n ur god....all the best

I think ashwagandha n all with cow milk.. treatment karwakr pareshan ho gaye the hum..bas socha ki chalo ye ek baar try kar lete h..n got results..
