That was awesome. There were times at the beginning when I found myself getting frustrated because I could not, and never have ben able to grasp the concept that I am not my body. Im so thankful I didn't stop listening. It became clearer and clearer and less of a concept the more you explained it. Other teachings I've heard on this subject started making so much more sense. The clarity you bring to difficult subjects is definitely a gift and I thank you for sharing your wisdom with us all. Its a blessing.

It's something I struggle with too, because I feel a lot of pain a lot of the time, so OF COURSE I'm this body! But, when I was a teen I had an OBE (suffocating in my sleep) and I literally floated out of my body and looked down on it - I can still "feel" the feeling of freedom and lightness I had with no body. It was bliss, joy, and weightlessness like no other feeling! There was no fear, or negative emotion. No past fears... no future fear.... It was just absolute bliss. It's not something I can relate to from any other experience, nor recreate, except maybe when diving into clear, warm water... that pleasurable sensation is perhaps the closest, but still doesn't come close. Imagine shedding the lead boots you've always been walking in, without knowing it! That feeling of lightness. 😆 Anyway, my point is, we're not our body, but it's really difficult to know that, even to someone who has been out of hers! So you're not alone in struggling to 'get' it. When the day comes, you will understand, and you will feel SOOOO GOOD! The body is heavy. Your soul is a light as a bubble in champagne. ❤🙏

@Darren thank God I have no system to go by. Only my eyes and what I capture in my own sight. Religion is made to separate us. That's why all the labels. People need to believe in a label to make them feel like they are special and a part of something more sufficient. As for my self a potato chip bag is more sufficient than a label. I see God in everything made. Being stuck outside my body so many times you have no choice but to complain about it or explore. See the dead and being able to speak to them is considered blasphemy in Religion. Well I not on a religious journey. I just noticed that my soul has a voice. It took me a while to grasp this concept and I wanted to hold on to what I was raised to believe but spirit saw differently for me. As a child I got called crazy and sometimes they would whip me and say I was disrespectful. After I had had difficulties sleeping because things were happening to me. I went to a place that I tried to ignore. This place grabbed control of my car, dashed me through traffic and landed me to a place that my soul kept telling me to go to. My husband was driving the car. We often argued about the place. It gave me chills. I was afraid of that building for some reason. So on this day after escaping death by run away car I decided to go in. Truly I don't have all the answers But I am telling my truth as it reveals itself to me. I learned that truth is an entity also. As I walked in this place everyone knew my name and all about the issues I was having. I was in need of a heart transplant. I was suffering from heart failure. All these people were white. I as a black woman. All these people were 80 years to 100 plus in ages. Wisdom was after me and wanted to impart something in me. I was called by my name by all of them. They told me they had been calling me for an entire year. Well I got my socks knocked off with this information all about me. See I came here with the knowledge. It was all jumbled up. I wasn't crazy after all and beating me didn't stop the phenomenal thing that were happening. I have had two worlds mixed up. Walking through them both under aware and untrained. I finally stopped running. And just became my true self. People have the right to believe how they choose. But only if they knew its not a belief. You got to find belief. Belief is also an entity. It is called knowing. You can't mix the two. I know what I know can't unknow something . This has been me my entire life. Now that I got a grip all I literally do is watch and listen. The dead is Still talking. The dead are still active. I bridge the gap something. I listen to what is being taught and it gives me more capacity to work. Work on what?? Myself. I share my experiences only. I don't talk about anyone else because their Will is their will. And Will is the one with the instructions. My Will has my inheritance in its mouth. I just see the world as upside down inwardly and not outwardly.

@Darren footnote be careful about what you call deceptive. If you think this way so shall it be. It's knowing yourself deeply. Anything you know came from somewhere inwardly. Thoughts have legs just remember that. And ears are listening to you. You just encourage someone but was it good encouragement. Take personal feelings out of it and watch your messages change. You want something to.

The line that made it clear: "Source is powering this distorted framework". So, the body and mind have a distorted perspective and it the opportunity to heal this distorted perspective or trajectory (life) so that my true I am can shine through a healed perspective. As Abraham-Hicks would say "you are the toaster but you are nothing without being plugged into the electricity (Source)". Ahh, so delicious 😋 I finally understand the vortices of the Chakras, they hold distortion to be healed by the true source self, thus its refinement through experience. It makes sense to me, yeah!!💖😁🤙✨️🎉🎁🥳

I have made progress by contemplating reality like observing how everything in nature is interconnected and how a flower wouldn't exist without the soil, the sun and the rain. We can observe how intricately connected everything is and how everything is completely dependent on everything else for it's existence. When we observe ourselves in the same way we can deconstruct ourself one layer at a time until we realize that there is nothing there. It's all a great mystery. All we are is an entanglement of beliefs and desires. When we really see it we completely merge or blend into everything else and yet we retain consciousness.

Something I have found that helps on this path is to make statements like ‘ I need to feed my body… or my body needs to rest’ ‘The mind needs distraction from those thoughts’ or ‘Well hello ego!’ Changing my language occasionally becomes a habit in certain areas and has helped me too stay aware. The idea of myself or conception of who I thought I was really held me back. I still constantly had to reinforce anything positive. I'm really getting into the non doership. I'm taking the simple actions like you mentioned in your last video, and breaking them down. Where did this idea, thought or desire come from? Why did it occur? Mainly I am the observing presence and let the useless mind chatter blow on by and remain present. Wow and the ego mind doesn't like being watched. It kind of shuts up.. There is so much overdoing, even to feel the oneness, there is so much doing to be present, to not get lost in the mental chatter and when the presence is back, it's taken over by the guilt for its absence moments before, so overall a lot of struggle to let go of what happened moment before and what might happen next because of the lost presence :) You beautifully explained non-doership, and hope this will sink in to smoothen as-is and will bring the desired freedom and oneness
