"I want to rule this kingdom in a way that would make my Father happy". That brought tears of joy, recognizing my true will 🤩 Saying YES to this prayer all the way. Om so hum, it is so. I once used a tool from the course a whole year long. I called it an experiment. Anytime I lost my peace, I would proclaim: I am as God created me, the Son of God can not .... (filling in whatever seemed to bother me, like cannot be sick, cannot be attacked, cannot have a lack of anything, etc) and I AM His Son. That worked wonders in becoming more consistent in the knowing of what I am 💖

“Anger is happening, it’s here”. Wow!! I. Love. That. And I love the question that your viewer sent. About the voice in the head and how to deal with it. It took me a long, long time to discern between the voice in the head and the child within me. It took me a long time to see that they were not the same thing. I thought it was the child bringing these horrific doomsday scenarios forward and then freaking out and I had to calm her. (Complex PTSD). But it was the mind driving Doomsday scenarios to me and then the small child (shadow self) was reacting. I’ve definitely had to learn to shut those thoughts down within five seconds that Aaron mentions and be with the child. The better I get with that the more the child stays calm and I don’t explode into a sweaty, disregulated anxiety attack. Aaron, your work/calling is such a blessing.

While at times it's good to ignore thoughts which we know " are not us", sometimes they may be our subconscious (/superconscious) showing us exactly that which we need to look at, to realise WHY we are choosing to still hold on to that which we know are not us, and doesn't serve us. I also believe that certain disorders, like PTSD, use these flashes of uncomfortable past experiences ( and accompanying emotion) to show us exactly where we need to focus and heal, WHILE maintaining that we are safe and secure, and learn that we NO LONGER have to personally identify with those past experiences. Trauma cannot be ignored, so this is why a combination of focusing on recurring thoughts, in addition to detaching sense of self, is needed in order to move forward efficiently.

According Jerry Hicks you have about 17 seconds before your brain accompanies a thought with more related thoughts. 17 seconds is a long time. I believe it's less. Either way, there is enough time to CANCEL (Say Cancel Out loud) the original negative thought and immediately replace it with a positive replacement thought. It took me a little over a year to get a good handle on this practice. I'm still reprogramming the thoughts and probably always will be but now the practice is easy. Oh! It's VITAL to NOT judge yourself for the negative thoughts. This will be so easy if you do it without judgement.

@@belaustin6603 You might try this, it helps me: I wake and immediately call my soul into my body, commanding it to bring joy, light, love, and enthusiasm for the day. Then I start verbally thanking God and praising God aloud as I get up to get that energy rolling positively with more and more gusto, for at least five minutes as I grab the robe and head to the bathroom, thanking for every good thing I have and all that which is coming but not yet seen, praising and thanking with more and more enthusiasm like some kind of gospel preacher celebrating by the end, (LOL!). It's like I'm setting a huge snowball rolling of having my frequency tuned to the right station, joy - the rest of the day goes immensely better. Otherwise the energies can be bad right now, the collective feels so dire from watching too much news, and I think we can all tap into the negativity, depression, grief, anger, etc., if we don't deliberately take measures to establish our sovereign frequency right off the bat. @@belaustin6603 Paul Reynolds Forgot that I also call in the "bright white light of the Holy Spirit" to fill me, my cats, house and land. This is extremely high frequency light of God that breaks up denser slower lower vibes - some energy healers use it to shatter old stuck emotional energy for removal. That bright white light of Holy Spirit also contains all colors as needed so it can heal correctively via frequency, and it's intelligent light, so it knows what to do, it's adaptive. I suspect that's why the Holy Spirit is so powerful to call in as a healer and advisor. May you have a great day!!

I have no more unsolicited thoughts! I first observed a negative thought 8 months ago with the awareness that it wasn't me, it was also the last one. It was a shock and i lashed out at it with the words "no more negative thoughts" I felt the program brake and go into silent mode. I haven't observed another one since. My mind is silent but the ego is still there. Although i've been granted peace and contentment that has made life heaven on earth i am stuck in limbo because self inquiry does not work when your mind is silent! When i go to bed my mind use to race but now nothing except sometimes visual memories. No words to stick me depressed in the past or worried with anxiety of the future. I still get triggered and feel like i am the body..... I know i am exactly where i am supposed to be but it feels like i was awarded the trophy before i have even finished the race!

That is very interesting Eddie (I guess that thought has already disappeared :-). It seems as though some people just mutate suddenly, like Eckhart Tolle going to sleep depressed and waking up with no thoughts. And very interesting that you still have other modes of experience such as "being the body" that seem to be keeping you in limbo. It seems as though there is a new portal you're being offered, to find the observer in the language of the visual and sensory... Anyway thanks for such a fascinating revelation about your unusual awakening.

I am sinful my thoughts betray me most of the time and my flesh loves to follow those bad thoughts and feelings causing separation between me and God God's not separating himself but I'm separating myself from God through sin. I believe it says we're supposed to take all our thoughts captive to Christ that means we're going to be analyzing what our thoughts are and if they meet up with a holy God a holy loving kind gentle Jesus he is our standard and I fall terribly short. I'm a sinner saved by grace I have a hard time forgiving myself plus I don't see anywhere in the Bible where it says we forgive ourselves but it's God that forgives us of our sins and sin is not just action sin is thought Jesus is pretty clear on that, all fall short of the glory of God no one is perfect not one no one is good only one and that is Jesus. Sin will make us feel badly and separate us from God so yes I agree that we have to get our thoughts in line with the holy Spirit and by that relationship with God there will be renewing of the mind and heart as we learn to sin less frequently as we move closer towards God it says Jesus and the father dwell in our hearts if we let Jesus be our Lord our savior and that is the start of the great work within us with humility and soberness of mind where we may dwell in the world but not be of the world I believe the holy Spirit is that force that is responsible for the renewing of our spirits into a holy nation with the holy king named Jesus but as long as we're in the flesh our minds and body will war against the spirit that dwells within us Paul said it best oh what a wretched man I am, who can save me from myself? Jesus! So yes I agree mostly with what you're saying in this video however if we are actively sinning in thought and deed then there will be a war within us, there be a lack of peace because of that war Jesus is the only way out of that war. Thanks for your insights gentleman God bless you

This is an interesting point, and I would love to recommend a book to you if you're interested. It's called "Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender" by David R Hawkins. It goes into depth about exactly what it is you just said. David says that it is actually our suppressed emotions that give rise to our thoughts, and one suppressed feeling can birth literally hundreds or thousands of thoughts. Where if you deal with the underlying emotion and release the trapped emotional energy in the body, then the mind will become increasingly quiet. I have used this technique myself with amazing results. But to answer your question, this emotion that surfaces "prior" to the thought is brought up to the surface by what we would call a "trigger". The trigger just acts to bring the suppressed emotion the surface. This is because we did not fully feel that emotion in the past, and so we repressed it either consciously or unconsciously. And so it gets stuck in the body, stuck in the chakra system.
@evantochydlowski47873 жыл бұрын
Also, you can find that book I mentioned as a free pdf on the internet. However don't think that just because it's free it's not valuable. It's an absolute gem and well worth a read.

@@evantochydlowski4787 thank you for that recommendation. I’ve studied the Enneagram and understand I am one of the Body types who actually struggles to experience the emotion in the body and so go straight to the mind to give me relief. After a lot of work on this I understand the egoic control of the mind to keep me stuck. However, since all this uncertainty in the world, my body is having trauma-reminding reactions coming out of the blue that knock me to the ground. I realise it’s old patterns to stay safe. So interesting to observe, even as I’m living it. Many would think they are falling into depression or anxiety attacks again because of this world weirdness and uncertainty, but for me I see it as an internal memory of not being safe in my body and environment and the resultant ‘story’ I give it causes immense pain, both physically and mentally. I’m grateful for these videos to remind me of the truth.

@@LizB55 You're very welcome 🙏🏻 I hope it helps you. I totally know what you mean though about having difficulty feeling emotions in the body and going to the mind instead. I myself have experienced a lot of emotionally traumatizing events in my life and I even dealt with addiction for a long time as a means of escape. My life only began to improve when I realized that there was no escape and so I began plunging my awareness and going "head first" so to speak, into the direct sensation of the feelings themselves. And only when I learned to be unconditionally present with myself and my emotions did the pain begin to subside and the repressed emotions began to work their way out of my body and energy system. This process of "letting go" and going directly into the emotion is definitely a lot easier said than done. It was very challenging for me and in a lot of ways I felt like I was re-experiencing my traumas. What helped me a lot was psychedelic plant medicine such as Ayahuasca and mushrooms. Entering into an altered state of consciousness helped me to process the emotions by finding new perspectives within the psychedelic experience. Also videos like this help a lot, I love listening to Aaron. Thanks Liz, much love to you 🙏🏻🤍

Greetings Aaron, what are your thoughts on identifying GOD as He & Father. In this time of awakening I would hope we could move past this singular identification. In many cultures they still suppress the Devine Feminine by referring to GOD as HE and Father. Source/all that is/GOD/infinite creator is both a balance of masculine and feminine energy.
