I've seen for about 50 euros ikea sells a portable induction stove that you could use in your car with a proper adapter. I think it's somewhat amazing since not everybody can buy food for lunch and leftovers/sandwiches aren't always the best option. If I had a personal office I would make sure to be compliant with fire hazards and keep my window open as I get my pasta ready.

The brand is Yayla, and it is called "Çemen". Apparently it is a spiced fenugreek spread! I think if you search for fenugreek paste recipes, you might be able to see how to make it. Or if you have any Turkish markets in your area, you could probably look for that brand.

This is turkish food and normally there is no cheese in the menemen meal, and it is more preferred for dinner. And as far as I know, there are more tomatoes and peppers in the menemen dish because what my mother makes is much more red.But I don't eat menemen because I don't like eggs, but my mother used to make me without eggs. It was like another Turkish breakfast dish.

@@asia9043 I think what they were trying to say is instead of saying “wow your culture has the same/alike dish as mine!” They went and just called it Mexican, disregarding the fact that the girl in the video clearly stated what it is. I love seeing people talk about their favourite foods and how alike they are to someone else’s, so long as it doesn’t blatantly turn into “this is a Mexican dish actually” (Which is how the OP seemed to come across as, but likely not their intention at all! Tone is really hard to convey on the internet sadly :( )
