Je suis bien content que tu aies changé le bloc cuisine. J'avais remarqué que l'argile termitière se fendillait et se fragmentait (en laissant apparaître un trou dans le plancher et en abritant une colonie de fourmis en plus). Tu as opté pour la brique et le ciment, des matériaux plus pérennes mais tu as gardé le 2 en 1, soit 2 endroits de cuisson pour un seul feu. C'est bien fait, bien vu et la chape de ciment sur plancher te préservera de certains aléas.👍 Là où tu m'as estomaqué c'est en réalisant ce balai avec de très fines branchettes séchées et savamment tressées. Mine de rien, tu as transcendé cet objet banal (habituellement fait en lanières de bambou ou de branches grossières) en une arme efficace contre la poussière. Et ça c'est 💪💞.

Merci, mon nouveau poêle à bois est meilleur et plus durable que l'ancien, j'espère qu'il durera longtemps. Vous voyez, c'est un balai en chit d'arbre, ce type de balai est très courant ici, il balaie très proprement les poussières fines. Si vous le pouvez, achetez-le au stand vietnamien et utilisez-le.

La pêche au filet s'avère fructueuse mais il faut savoir se mouiller. Il faut dire aussi que tu as placé un filet en 3 endroits différents (je crois), ce qui favorise en conséquence le nombre de prises.🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 Il m'est difficile de donner le nom des 2 plantes aromatiques de ton plat de poissons mais il y a de la sauce soja et du sel, une cuisson avec couvercle et relativement peu d'eau. Ah et puis du manioc ou cassava cuit à la braise. Un bon repas bien mérité qui je l'espère t'as enchanté et une occasion d'étrenner la nouvelle cuisine. Et je remercie le caméraman qui soigne ses prises de vues. Je ne me lasse pas d'admirer la grâce aérienne de ton pont et la beauté de cette région montagneuse. J'admire ton calme en toutes circonstances même en découvrant la fourmilière, (moi j'aurais râlé). 💞

En revoyant ton repas, je crois bien que ce n'est pas du manioc mais des patates douces (je les adore en purée, en frites, ou nature mais sous la cendre comme les pommes de terre ce doit être extra aussi 😋).
