I regret selling mine as it is the most comfortable ride with classic feel. Had to sell it as it is very hard to find a mechanic or service for the car.

The blend doors on your A/C is failing and it ain't an easy job. I owned an `88 for a dozen years and loved it. I currently own an XJ12, an XJ8L and an XKR coupe. You have a fantastic car there.

@@idriveclassic Remember, quality and class never go out of style? Your car has both qualities. BTW the rear seat area in the XJ40 series Vanden Plas is absolutely the nicest looking even compared to newer models.
