This is so profound. Beautiful! Sorrow can only be seen in its originality. Don’t add thoughts to it. Don’t add the “me” to it…as in “my sorrow”. See sorrow for what it is. In its complete purity. In that seeing….sorrow dissolves. On its very own. ❤
