This a simple, yet powerful meditation. I listened with headphones, 2 times, about 7 minutes. I wore a crystal mala. At the end, the mala had absorbed good amount of negativity, released from my third-eye and visuddhi chakras. Same time, the mala had also absorbed good amount of positivity, generated by this meditation. I had also kept a glass of drinking water nearby. The water had absorbed a lot of positive energy; what type of energy is this? It was not etheric (prana-maya) vibration, nor astral or desire or kama-maya energy, nor mental or mano-maya energy. It was buddhic energy. In my past experience, Narayana mantras also enhance one’s buddhic or vignan-maya kosha. Thank you, Yogiraj !

If you hold your breath between inhale and exhale near 60 seconds your brain become more powerful as a sender and receiver .this reinforce your magnetic field of your body and reinforce gamma waves of your brain which is associated with high levels of thoughts and concentration.Also if you inhale deeply slowly from nose both nostril by pushing out your abdomen ,your mouth should be closed in this pranayama and hold your breath 15 seconds then exhale from nose ,both nostrils slowly by pulling in your abdomen .do this pranayama everyday 30 minutes regularly without gaps between days for at least one month,then your sexual urge will stop.only you should use your nose in this pranayama. if you can hold your breath more than 15 seconds sometimes it will be more better but if you can not that is no problem . after stopping sexual urge then you do not need to continue this pranayama. this method is good for those who want to experience celibacy for a certain period of time, for those who want to remain celibate till marriage and those who want to remain celibate for ever .an established celibate will not feel any difference in touching the opposite sex ,a piece of paper ,a block of wood or a piece of stone .seminal energy is god in motion .
