This is the bitter truth that no one is talking about. The area where you stay really matters in finding a job and accommodation. In terms of cost, it's worth staying in low-cost areas far away from the university, in turn, it really takes opportunities in the university ( networking, extracurriculars) away from you which is bad for your networking.
