all these crims should know that they are not obligated in anyway to help cops with their investigations , and cops that punish crims more for "not cooperating" like not talking , that actually abusing their 4th amendment rights . the first thing a cop says to you when arresting you is "you have the right to remain silent" , literally anything you say can and will be used against you :)
