Thank you Medicine of one .for these readings of Nisargadatta"s , i came across an old video tapes of his satsang's when I was a younger fool , and had developed a wrong impression of Maharaj . His yelling and smoking and too fast running subtitles . I was in my mid twenties , I'm fifty three now and after a life time of seeking far, far and wide.....and now I find ,the road of returning is so short , sweet and simple , and in all that seeking I went nowhere !.....LOVE TO THE ALL !!!

Totally disagree. If you need time to process your ego-mind is doing the work. Just hold “I Am” and listen to it like music. Also, if you want slow and space go to “Samaneri Jaysara” meditation channel. Youll get all the “space” you can handle. She has Nisargadatta material.
