All of life’s complexities, the joys, and sorrows, are mere appearances with no inherent depth or ultimate reality. His teaching suggests that our true state is one of pure, blissful awareness, independent of the external world. This state doesn’t need to strive for happiness or avoid misery because it inherently exists beyond these dualities. It hints at a radical freedom available to us-a freedom from all that we think defines us, like our emotions and experiences. It tells us that what we truly are is something far greater and more peaceful than we can ordinarily conceive. The challenge it poses is to recognize and remain in this state of pure being, viewing life's ups and downs with detachment and equanimity, knowing they do not touch our true nature. This could transform our entire approach to life, by offering a serene backdrop to the inevitable chaos of human experience.

"speck of light of mind" whew blessing to " wake up to that being already firm ground to " put an oak seed in that grows into a mighty oak tree". That speck of light really helps me understand natures balance is designed and divine recipe can be learned with much wisdom of the ages realized patiently...better essence I have yet to add another...but expecting yes expectimg firm ground holding seed will grow too like Master shared.

I understand I am not the body, but how am I not the experiencer of the body? ... is Nisargadatta saying I don't experience the sensations? I understand I am not the sensations, but why am I not the experiencer of the sensations? Thanks for all your work and insights!

The word experiencer implies an entity, something that experiences. In truth, there is no such experiencer. If you inquire, "What is it that perceives the body and its sensations?" you will not find any entity, any thing. You are That in which experiencing arises, or is perceived. 🙏
