Girl I’m 29 ,Mexican and I’m facing the same issues with weight , I started running miles and not loosing the weight , I will have my blood work done incase I have thyroid issues which caused gain weight or weight loss . I never thought I’d Be in this position at the age of 29 but it’s tough out there ‘ starting school soon . Women hold more pressure getting things done but we’ll be okay .

I grew up in a small city (15 minutes south of Santa Rosa) and currently live in Rosa & highly recommend either. & with the beach, city life, and mountains all within driving distance? Can't get much better than that 🥰
