Hii, little matcha tip from a fellow matcha girly. Metal is ruining the antioxidant properties. (Don’t know the details but you can google it :)) To get rid of the lumps you can first put just a little dash of hot water and whisk that into kind of a matcha paste, then when all the lumps are gone add more hot water. 😊

Hi Jaz, thanks for another awesome video! I used to wash my chicken too, until I stopped, lol! Noticed you have Bragg's apple cider on your counter, and wanted to share a tip. I drink 1-2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with half a lemon, and 3-4 tbsp of water before breakfast every morning. It really helped me with sugar balance, A1c, and cholesterol. Just an FYI. ❤💙💜🐶🐶🐈‍⬛

Have you ever thought about doing a group class for a little while just to have something consistent and somewhat mindless because someone else is telling you what to do in your face. And then once you’ve gotten closer to your goal, you go back to a strength training goal? I always found it so hard for me to try to follow a strength training program and then always worrying about what I eat.. but when doing a group class, you do it so consistently that you don’t really have to think about what you eat. I just eat to fuel, feel good, and have fun. And I’m in the best shape of my life. When I thought about my protein intake+how heavy I can lift= I saw no progress, atleast not what I was hoping for. I’ve done orange theory for two years now. I miss lifting but I feel great and strong and love not thinking about how much protein I need to eat. I just try to listen to my body and eat whatever it wants. I will eventually go back to lifting heavy cause it is so much fun

yes I have! but my gym is free with my apartment and while trying to reduce expenses, it just makes the most sense to utilize it. i'm getting to a point where I dont really feel like I need to track so much anymore though because i've gotten back into a great routine so we will see. When shopping for insurance it’s best to call around. Look for companies that only deal in pets. Nothing else. Also speaking to a rep is probably the best way to get the best deals. Just explain what you have now and what you are looking for.
