Martha never doubted Jesus could work a miracle-even if that meant raising the dead. But she never expected Him to BE the miracle itself. Instead of saying, “Yes, I’ll bring your brother back to life,” He said, “I AM the resurrection and the life.” We’d call that a mic drop, but it’s more like dropping an entire mic factory.
Adapted from John chapter 11, this incredible moment sets the stage for not only the raising of Lazarus, but for Jesus coming out of His own grave…and on that note, happy Easter!

That's how the Lord speaks to us many times. Give God your vocal chords and He will use them to speak to others. Sometimes it's realizations you never knew before either. The knowledge clicked and He has also left you with new understandings as well. I pray that God gives me wisdom and the correct words when I'm faced with a conversation that will largely affect whoever is listening. Whether one of one or group. It truly is a miracle.

This is so surreal. Reading the bible, its always kinda funny when Jesus Proficises to his discples and it says "and they didnt understand" or "and they were confused", but now watching it here in The Chosen, it has such a saddness to it, because jesus and the audience knows we are so close to the Cruxifixtion, and they, the discples, are still in disbelief. Instead of the end of my life being death, I get to bask in eternal life with the Lord because He was crucified for the sin of man. “If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins” 1 Corinthians 15:17 “Because I live, you will also live.” John 14:19 I see where you’re coming from, however.

Tomorrow is Passover- so that means today is the anniversary of His crucifixion. I think of Him every day. I think of His Love for me- And I thank Him❤.

Yes and no. Passover is correct, but the anniversary of his resurrection was March 31. Why? Because the Church says so.
