I flew my Dragon Link system one time. Its control link works very well. Telemetry however is a different matter entirely.

Hi Vernon Silvers: I was not aware you were still having issues, you put a lot of work in to this and I would have liked nothing better to see you flying with telemetry. The Dragon Link telemetry is awesome and hassle free once you get everything set up, but I know that can be a challenge sometimes. If you ever decide to try to set it up again, let us know and we will be happy to help you.

It's mind blowing that you guys don't have exhaustive videos on setups and dealing with the very issues spoken about in this video. I'm a DL user also and have gone back to crossfire. DL link is good (so is Crossfire) but all the extras you folks crow about just aren't reliable. If I'm wrong, please create clear videos on how to do the basic things Ardu pilots are expecting.

Well say goodbye to long range fpv

They say the Pro does go longer range. We will see. After this I got the Dragon Link working well and went back to it on that platform. lol

@@nighthawkvs Ok well done I have been flying dragon link for 11 years and love it Yes I think they lost the plot with telemetry on V3 but it is the best long range I have witnessed All my long range heroes use dragon link Still waiting to see Crosswind d go a really long way Having said that 70 km is my best but need more batteries

@@nellodude So far for me they both seem to work. Now to get out and range test them. I still have high hopes for the CUAV packet radios. They have the same power as Dragon Link. Which I think is twice the Crossfire max. I worry about the Crossfire taking the heat much more than the Dragon Link. It seems to be beefy enough to stand up better and longer. But then there is the price and weight. So I am just going to see how far they work, how well they work, and then decide. lol

Yikes... I thought you had it all resolved... Sorry for your issues... But one thing for sure.. You will not find better telemetry range compared to DL.

Sadly that was not my experience. The major problem was tech support. Mike just would not address my videos and problems.

@@nighthawkvs not good at all. I have very little experience with Dragonlink telemetry. Mainly due to me using Inav. I was able to get mines connected to a laptop... But that is where it ended for me at the time.. Well hopefully crossfire telemetry range holds out better with the nano pro at range. I may mention to Mike about your videos. He stay so busy 🙄

@@JD_1 If you can keep a wifi/bluetooth connection you are doing better than I am. :)

@@nighthawkvs For DL to even think about marketing wifi/bt as a benefit of their system, it needs to be simple and difficult to break the wifi/bt link. I'm a frustrated DL user also. Same issues.

Lol. It is a pain to make it work 😂

I thought it was pretty straight forward. I am 99% sure I just have hardware problems. I have 4 rx that all work the same. So it must be in the TX. When a USB cable between the TX and ground station works 100% and wifi/bluetooh work at around 25%, I think it might be the wifi module. lol
