@@ewigeleiden9045 But they are the only DPS class that uses a single sword as a weapon, you may say NIN/RDM/PLD also uses them, but the origin of the NIN weapons are mostly daggers, although they look more as shortswords as of late, RDM uses a rapier and a catalyst, PLD would be the closest one in terms of weapon shape but they are both tanks and shield users too

About hats: a random person just creats sort of an overlay while the devs have to modify the code. I'm no programmer or designer but my standart answer is: if it was so easy if we think it would be, they would've done it years ago.

This is the answer in general for most things yeah. It's why the Chocobo saddlebag and Glamour Dresser exist, for example. FFXIV code is ancient and buggy as hell, and while it's not as bad as Minecraft's, it also suffers from the complication of being cross platform.

Only OG players say stormblood is there favorite. Literally anyone who played the whole game through starting with shadowbringers has stormblood as their least favorite. The reason for this is because post stormblood was the first good raid tier, had the first good trials, ivalice alliance raids, and eureka was insanely fun. But now when new players look back they dont see any of that and all they see is a main story quest with decent highs but really low lows.

For Nerd/Lore purposes only: The closest Job in Final Fantasy to "WOW DSP Warrior" (Titan or Arms?) Sadly "Fighter" which is sort of covered by Gladiator, and Fencer is covered by Red Mage. There is Commando but that is also covered somewhat by Gunbreaker if it had the Summoner Spell Ruin. In 3 we had Viking, and it showed up in a lot of side games, I would love it because they could give the Job Hammers, we need a Warhammer DPS class IMO. My WOW titan griped Big Ol Hammers and I loved it. There is Sword Saint... but once again Samurai and Gladiator kind of cover it, maybe even Dark Knight (Although DK is more a Spell Blade.) This goes for Rune Knight as well. Ravager... Well if you are a Au Ra Rean Female with Devil Wings and play as DK.... oh yeah Ravager (From Tactics) is DK but Dragon Style. (The Lightning Saga version was basically a Black Mage who could go melee) Nightblade ... Darkknight Mystic Knight.... Red Mage Moogle Knight ... Gladiator Ahh... Yes I got it... Judge basically a Paladin with a Big Weapon and a DPS focus instead of a Defence Focus. For a Hunter 1 to 1 sort of exists with Beastmaster. But I fear it would be best if it was a Limited Job like Blue Mage, as it's more like Final Fantasy meets Ash Ketchum.

Honestly Judge as a Ishgardian Templar makes the most sense. The issue is just because of the weapon identity. Lances are Lancer/Dragoon, Twohanded Swords are DRKs, onehanded swords are Gladiators.

They were notoriously janky and in high end you were basically fighting the unresponsive AI more than the actual enemy.

Amusing facts: back when 2.0 launches with SMN being one of new jobs, majority including me used to run dungeons all SMN since titan does act as tanks & garudas as main dps, sadly with ifrit got left out most of time since it is a single target dps while garuda does aoe style. Eventually it does kinda makes game unbalanced, hence the job kept getting reworked till what u saw nowadays.
