I cannot stress the tips you mentioned in this video enough. Reach out to people, whether it be on social media, email or LinkedIn. This truly makes the difference. Many of my friends at my university got internships through the university program, I sadly was not one of those students during covid. Fast forward to now, I have a great job, and I can 100% guarantee it was because of my networking skills I had to learn. Networking gets you the furthest in our world.

I’ve lived in Bloomington Indiana my whole life, the amount of trash the 60,000 students leave behind every weekend is mentally insane, I do lawncare and we spend more time cleaning trash then mowing, all the campus houses are completely trashed and 100 years old when the school was created, my sister paid 2600$ (split with roommates) for an absolute shitbox 2 story house, toilets looked like a murder scene, do not come to Indiana for any schooling because u ruin it the whole town for 8 months out of the year
