Hey Jack, great content! One question, if I bought a house in my personal name lived in there for 1 year then decided to get a Consent to let for 1 year. Would I pay Capital gains tax when I come to sell it in 1 year as I've rented it out ?

how much money would you say you need for a first brrr im from north east so they are pretty cheap could you give me numbers on everything for a property worth 80k and need full refurb if possible

You would probably need a minimum of around £50,000 for a very cheap property

He's clearly got knowledge on property, so i wouldn't say he's a scammer just cuz he's selling courses on property to help other people

@UTK37 he is 100% a fake guru. All his 'knowledge' that he sells in his course can be found for free online if you do enough of your own research.
