in the bay area, 3 bed room house listed at 1 million in the ghetto neighborhood now. Let's do some calculations here. to make 2.5 billion dollars transaction. he did 2500 real estate loans for 365 days. each day, he closed 8 loans from all his loan offices. you don't need to make 8 loans to be a multimillionaire in the Silicon Valley. there are many multimillionaires in the Bay by just earning 30 or 40 dollars per hour. back in late 80's. a lot of homes in the North San Jose around Berryessa area are owned by the Vietnamese. Around that time, 4 bed room was around 200 to 300k. they are all multimillionaires now. not sure of why this man Thuan N is shown off. Ah, advertise his loan company.
