My friend have placed in tcs with 3.3lpa after 2 year he switched to another company with 7 lpa after 2 year again he switched to another company with 18lpa now he is currently earning 21lpa 8 year experience switching is important. don't waste your times in service based companies try to switch product based companies if u didn't get product based company then try to switch another service based company with good hike%. don't stop ur switching untill u get a product based company. if you got a good company with good work life balance after multiple switching then don't switch any companies try to get good reputated post on that company.
