I am a huge believer in Jesus' miracles. My husband was an alcoholic and did not pray or go to church. Life was hard for him, me, and our children. I prayed for him all day everyday for years. I prayed for God to heal his mind, his body and most importantly his faith! God worked miracles in my husband! He is now a sacristan, lecturer and helps with funerals in our church. Father, please pray for me. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on March 29, 2023, and it spread already in my brain (metastatic cancer). I don't smoke nor drink alcohol. My oncologist said that it is incurable. She gave me Tagrossi a pill for my medication of my lung cancer. She said that it could not cure the cancer, but it would lengthen my lifetime. Maximum is 3 years. I am praying for a miracle from God to heal my lung cancer and my metastatic brain cancer. And I already entrusted my whole being to God. May His will be done. My Jesus, it looks to me like Dessa has already been spiritually healed through this trial, and now she is asking to be physically healed. We know you can do it, Jesus, and we also know that You -- because you are Love Itself -- You, Jesus, want this healing more than Dessa does! Here is the evidence of Dessa's spiritual healing: She has entrusted her entire being to you, she has shown humility by asking strangers for help, and she has selflessly asked for her employer's son Malik's healing. I can hear her pain and suffering, but also her compassion for this little boy Malik, who has suffered longer than she has -- since the day he was born, My Lord. My Jesus, you are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Therefore, you are the same Jesus who calmed the storms, helped Peter walk on water, and effected countless miracles, only a fraction of which could fit in the Bible! I know you are generous, I know you are loving. Dessa knows that, as well, but if there is any doubt in your strong desire to heal her or any doubt in your capacity to heal her, I pray that you grant her an increase in faith and every grace to believe in you wholeheartedly. My Jesus, My Beloved Lord Jesus, who said "I thirst" on the Cross, we know that you are thirsting for us, for us to love you, and we know that you more than anyone wants to show just HOW *MUCH* YOU LOVE US. Last Sunday I attended the mass and Anointing of the Sick. The priest put his hands on our heads and anointed our palms with oil. SInce Sunday night, my sciatica pain disappeared. I still can not believe and still trying to feel if there is pain but there is no pain. Despite feeling guilty that I am doubting God's healing. I thank God everyday. A few weeks ago, I was at my breaking point with the things going on in my life and told God I was at my wit's end. I couldn't take all the stress of everything going wrong. He didn't take away the problems, but all of a sudden he took away that awful overwhelming feeling that had been plaguing me for weeks. Since then, some things have resolved, everything has resolved in my favor, though I didn't get what I wanted. I saw God gave me what I needed instead. The thing I had been praying for was taken from me instead of given to me, but I know it's been removed in my best interest. That's hard and painful, but I trust God.

I needed peace, and He provided it though in a most unexpected way. Ironically, within this mess, God also blessed me with several new wonderful friends.

So encouraging. I need this courage. I also tell God I'm praying for myself so that I can deliver my promises to my family and others and not merely in self interest although self interest is also a reason. Thank you dear brothers, fathers. I experienced God’s gracious intervention yesterday in such a sweet way with a stray cat that had taken shelter in my yard. He had already been in the neighborhood for a couple of months, which can be dangerous due to coyotes. I had to get him into a crate to take him to the shelter. I wasn’t sure if he would trust me after my first attempt. So I breathed deep, asked the Lord Jesus to help. Within a minute, I was able to get him in. But wait, there’s more. Finally at the shelter, and I’m being interrogated (they probably want to make sure I’m not an owner dumping a cat); they scan him within a minute and yes, he is microchipped! Great! So I left...with a bit of a tear for my furry friend, and a prayer for him. Within 45 minutes, the shelter called me. She said, this doesn’t ever happen, but we got hold of the owner and she already came to pick him up! She wants to thank you & gave permission for you to have her phone number. My heart jumped for joy! I called her and we had a wonderful conversation about her cat, who lives around the corner from me with horses and a husky who has missed him. 😁 We were both thrilled at this blessing for one of God’s sweet creatures. Moral of story: If God can care for the creatures of the world like this little cat, how much more will He care for you. Don’t be afraid to invite Jesus and the Holy Spirit into daily life & your concerns. The Father is welcoming us with open arms. ❤️🙏

That hunch forward is the pain and being taken away. The first time I was given trigger point injections in my back and all I could do was reach for the ground. My back was so soar from osteoarthritis. But since praying more and more my pain is still there but its not as bad as it was, I believe God had something to do with it. I was on a heavy dose of pain killers and was able to stop using them. Now when I have pain I consider it a blessing that I can offer up my pain for the sins against Jesus's sacred heart.

So many times have I wanted to pray for people who were in pain and suffering incurable diseases. So much have I longed to pray for them in the name of Jesus, but chickend out because of exactly that fear of looking foolish when nothing would happen (shows my lack of faith, doesn't it?). The most I've gotten courage up to was to give out miraculous medals with "safe" prayers like Hail Mary in the hope that Mother Mary would step in and do it so that I wouldn't have to risk myself... I feel foolish, but still can't gather up the courage. How weak my faith is. And I don't know how I will answer to Jesus when he asks me about my faith in him and my willingness, or lack of, to testify on his behalf.

You need to watch the 3rd Season of the Chosen where Jesus sends out the disciples 2 by 2 and they themselves become astonished when they are able to heal in Jesus name. ♥️🙏🕊🎉

Fathers, you are doing a great service in explaining the psychology of prayer on the brain. I am a science guy in psychology and your explanation confirms the power of positive beliefs or optimism. In substance abuse field, faith-based recovery is king. Positive psychology along with faith, in my view a really good combination.

I overcame a severe pron addiction, severe depression overnight after a religious experience. My wife (non religious) is my witness. You want to be faithless, that's on you. Why are you so demonic as to destroy the stability that people have in their faith? Do you get a kick out of destroying faith?
