Can you do a video on what you know about perimenopause and menopause?
@marcynoble65652 ай бұрын
At 43 (almost 44) I have found out how important strength training truly is. Not in a class (because I tend to over train) but by myself and compete with only myself. I did not focus on strength training for almost 4yrs and I focused solely on running. My muscles deteriorated significantly and finally gaining it back. I want to thank you for talking about clothing sizes and sharing that you wear all sizes...changed my views on clothing! Thank you!

Thank you for a great video. Something that many women don't know about menopause is that the estrogen protects your heart. I found that out after I had a heart attack. That is so true about getting older - it definitely is a privilege not afforded to everyone.

I’m so glad I landed on your page! I had my physical this year and Vitamin D has officially tanked! Full blown perimenopause! I read that menopause is an actual moment when you stop ovulating and having a period. Everything before is peri and after is post. I had a partial hysterectomy in my thirties due to medical issues so haven’t been able to see any changes in that part of my life. It’s time for this to be a regular conversation! Thanks!

I'm 40, and haven't had a physical/wellness checkup or bloodwork done since my daughter was born 8 years ago. I've begun experiencing menstrual irregularities, gut-health issues, and other oddities that make me wonder if I'm in perimenopause. This video was the kick in the pants I needed, and the Lord has used it to convict me that I need to steward my health as much as is in my power to do so. Thanks, Sister. ❤

When I was 22 I had a 40 year old client who had a really crepey neck and décolletage. She told me her biggest regret is not using moisturiser and sun cream (we are in Australia) on those areas. I’m now 40 and I’m so glad I heard her advice and did it!

I totally agree with you! Aging IS a privilege and there are amazing things about every age and stage of life! Our society values youth and beauty and tries to make it seem like your life is over after 30… so sad 😞 I am turning 39 next year and I’m grateful for (almost 🤭) every day ❤

I thousand percent agree we need to get our levels tested. I myself was very very deficient vitamin D and will put on RX vitamin D and it’s been a night and day difference for my health. If you aren’t going to the doctor because your doctor is saying things like well, we’re just getting older etc. that is a queue to go to a new doctor because your doctor should not be saying that to you. We’re smart enough to know that as you age things break down, but there’s always things we can do to improve or help as we age. Sadly medical PTSD even if it’s not that extreme like medical anxiety is a thing and if that’s why you’re not going to the doctor don’t give poor doctors the upper hand on your health and your happiness. Not saying all doctors are bad and that some patients don’t come in as hypochondriacs but if you’re paying to be there, they should do everything in their power to help your mind or improve your life. And just because you’re paying to be there doesn’t mean you’re gonna get a factory reset and be perfect. 😁 I absolutely love that you made this video.🎉

Love Mary Ruth's! I give my 15 year old a vitamin by the company to help him with digestive issues. Oh man, I am in bed by 9:30 but would love to be up to catch up on things at night. I actually get really bothered by women who complain about their kids or spouse. I am one who feels we should be thankful or find things to be thankful for. Yey for aging!
