When it comes to losing weight (not necessarily being healthy just weight), quantity wins over quality. You can technically eat McDonalds every single day and still be slim, it just depends on the sheer quantity of it that you actually consume.

​@@Deeptunester As a person who got fat eating LESS than what he did at McDonald's when I was younger, I respectfully disagree 😂. McDonald's is garbage food. Tasty, but still garbage. I had to eat healthy for a year and work out pretty much everyday to get rid of the weight from eating takeout. Peebs definitely is blessed with a good metabolism, which is a blessing. I now limit my takeout to once a month. Edit: I've gotten a lot of replies saying that if I eat under my recommend calories for my height I wouldn't gain weight eating fastfood, I promise I already tried that. I love fastfood, it's delicious. It still makes me gain weight and feel like I'm exhausted all the time. If you don't have these problems when you eat it more power to you, even if you have these problems and still eat it, it's your body not mine you have a right to eat whatever you want I'm not judging you for eating it. I personally cannot have it more then once a month do whatever works for you.

I know another guy that eats pure garbage and is still pretty okay in the weight area, or it could be that I have a horrible metabolism. I do know that eating out includes a amazing amount of butter in the cooking and salt usually. All I know is that it's extremely easy for me to gain weight and extremely hard to get rid of it.

The fries with the bbq sauce is really good! McD’s has the only bbq sauce that I like. The steak and egg muffin is really good too (no cheese, extra grilled onions). Just wish you could still order egg whites instead of a whole egg with the yolk! Because of this video I’m now craving some McDonald’s! Haven’t been there in forever. It’s just so nostalgic and nothing beats a double hamburger!

When you were talking about loving basic flavor combinations, I'm the exact same. I love a subtle sweetness along with something bitter.
