Light workout. Maybe walk 30 mins a day, lift a couple weight. Fruit trays and water only.. For 2 months. Then rebuild with vegetables.. I swear it works bruva.

Yo I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease Lol don’t let those doctors make it sound like your back is permanently getting worse from the name of it, all I did was start working out and it fixed everything about my L4 and L5 discs. Just have to do lots of back and core and lower body exercises.

Intermittent fasting Warrior Diet, plus less carbs more vegs and meat, no processing food no sugar. You should lose a lot of weight easy, I did it and it really works. Drink water, coffee, tea in the morning. Good luck. A lot is from mental persistency

Congratulations! Next time maybe commit to drinking a gallon of water daily with maybe a glass of that with Himalayan sea salt and whatever fruit of choice. Water focused intakes will allow for a higher weight loss probably double digits ❤

I'm doing intermittent fasting right now, the goal is to make intermittent fasting my regular eating schedule no matter what I eat, and then intermittent fast and try doing these fruits or veggie type fasts all together

I would love to see you start calorie counting . Eat 2000 calories a day . Everyday . Once you get to 200 lbs you can eat 2500-2900 calories for the rest of your life .

IT IS NOT EASY!!!!!! I’ve been struggling with weight since the 90’s. 😂. Highest weight 250. Lowest weight 160 I’m now at 198. 🤬🤬. I’m back at it. Watermelon 🍉 lemon 🍋 and cucumber 🥒 only for 7 days to start off strong.

You should do an apple or strawberry plus water and fat free milk fast once every two weeks to be safer so you eat at least every two weeks to get meat and vegetables in your diet for strength and good vision.

Hey bro just do intermittent fasting and cut out red meat and dairy and limit carbs to being used purely as fuel for exercise like it’s supposed to be. All you got to do is fast and cut out red meat and dairy and do 15-30 mins of both weight lifting and cardio (walking, jog, run, sprint) 5 days a week and go on long walks every day God bless you bro Thank you.

First and foremost, congratulations on your weight loss. Now for some realness.... fad dieting is NOT the way to do it. You'll ALWAYS gain the weight back because it's not sustainable, nor is it healthy. You testified to this already in your intro. The key to losing weight is simple math. You must be in a calorie deficit. If you eat more than you burn, the you'll gain weight. If you burn more than you eat, then you'll lose weight. The proper way to lose weight is to limit your carbs and sugars while increasing your protein intake. What you eat is 85% of weight loss. The next thing you need to do is get yourself moving with weight lifting (start with your own body weight if you'd like) and cardio. HIIT programs are great at doing both at the same time to make you strong while losing weight. But you have to get to a place where your journey becomes your sustainable lifestyle. I gaurantee you'll be successful.

Bruva.. fruit trays & water everyday for 2 months.. throw you in a protein shake after then incorporate vegetables to rebuild your body. Switch to complex carb sources, like wheat breads, carb balanced tortillas, sugar free everything! Just pay attention to labels when you’re shopping. Workout lightly preferably swimming, since you have the Degenerative disk disease.. and lift light weights. I swear you’ll lose.

my favorite ones are lobo apples they're white and a bit pink/purple sometimes and hard on the inside and purpleish on the outside with green parts too and I find all apples with these colos have that certain smell and taste to them

I lost 60 pounds eating fruits and vegetables especially broccoli and apples and kept it off for 6 years. I only ate like that for 1 year to see the difference. After that I ate normally, but my portions were controlled and I could be active because the weight wasn't holding me down. During the pandemic I stopped being active and started eating unhealthy. Weight came back. You shouldn't put discouraging comments especially with the laughter. You don't know how that might affect someone.
