In this video I ate nothing but chicken and broccoli for 7 days, to see what would happen on the chicken and broccoli diet before and after.
This video was made to try and move a weight loss plateau I was having during my Keto weight loss journey. Id seen many vids on it like the Buff Dudes vid and thought id give it a go. I added in 10KM of walking per day as that's the best I thought I could do ! Iv'e lost 115lbs on keto and im almost at my ideal weight but i need to break through to the next level and then i will start with the weights and start strength training.
Wish me luck in getting a better body, the body that KZbin built

That's amazing. I sometimes eat chicken and brocolli, with basmati rice, the diet works well. But in order to be serious about losing weight and lose more fat, I need to stick to the chicken and broccoli diet in the long term, and everyday cycle for between 1-2 hours. I hope to see some amazing results from this!

Great Job! Easy setup, creats amazing results! 1kg, 10km, Do it again in 1 month of keto, the switch to carnivore for a week or two, repet this and you will be in goal by the new year. Once again good job i love your smile when you are out walking.

Italian Granny taught me this way to cook Broccoli , changed my life lol. 1/2 cup of water in a pan , add salt , chopped 1 green chilli and Broccoli cover and boil for 5 min .

That is absolutely amazing. 8lb in one week after already losing well over 100lbs so not even water weight. I might have to give it ago as I'm having a drawn out stall atm 😔 Can I ask how you cooked your broccoli, I usually cover mine in avocado oil and season, should I omit the oil for this? Congratulations on your success. Time to celebrate with some steak. Keep up the good work 👏

About half is water as carbs bind to water. Remove carbs and water weight gets released.

The thumbnail picture on the left is from when I first started losing weight. The pictures in the video are the results from day 1 to day 7 of my eating chicken and broccoli

Thank you, the app I used came with the scales. I will try and find the ones I got on Amazon and put a cheeky link on this video. I will be doing 2 weeks on the same diet when I get back from holiday in a few days.

@@carbslayer , I did it! :) Minus 3.8 kg !!! I will do it again in November! What are you eating after finishing the chicken & broccoli 7 days diet? How we go out of this diet without taking back all the kg we've lost? thanks for answering!

@@madylessing9202 well done, that's a great effort. I have mostly stuck to chicken without the broccoli. Occasionally I will have steak or some other protein but I am finding that chicken everyday takes away any choices and makes it easy for me. If you make sure you are under your daily calorie intake though you can get away with eating whatever you want. I find the easiest thing for me is just to make sure Im full with protein so I don't want to binge. Again well done ❤️

Lol yeah that would have been nice. You can get some low carb gravy that might be ok I just wanted to do it as an experiment after 18months on Keto

@@aboadnan1243 keep your carbs down to under 20g a day and don't worry about calories at first. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up and get some electrolytes to add to your water. Good luck, I'm sure you will smash it

Yeah, rice changes the entire thing as there's lots of carbs in it

Is it only chicken and broccoli or can it be any protein and vegetable.? Can I also have chicken and asparagus for example or fish and broccoli

It can be any protein and vegetable as long as the vegetable isn't too carby like potatoes. Fish and broccoli would be good and I've actually done Chicken and asparagus too and that worked a treat

I ate twice a day, around 1pm and 5pm. Never really been one for breakfast to be honest but you could split that between 3 meals if you wanted
