In this video I ate nothing but chicken and broccoli for 7 days, to see what would happen on the chicken and broccoli diet before and after.
This video was made to try and move a weight loss plateau I was having during my Keto weight loss journey. Id seen many vids on it like the Buff Dudes vid and thought id give it a go. I added in 10KM of walking per day as that's the best I thought I could do ! Iv'e lost 115lbs on keto and im almost at my ideal weight but i need to break through to the next level and then i will start with the weights and start strength training.
