i love eating healthy but my mom loves processed foods and is not very much into cooking. since i started cooking for my own (mostly plant based but with some meat every now and then and a cheat day once a week) i feel sooooo amazing!! energized, no bloating and no cravings at all. i think the key is to not be too restrictive. also i noticed once you start to eat healthy you crave those foods. you don't enjoy processed foods anymore as you did before

This is so true. I've had to change the way I eat because my doctor told me I have insulin resistance, and I don't want to end up having diabetes when it can be avoided. When I just eat normal food, stay away from junk and sugar and limit starchy simple carbs, it barely limited my options. I feel better and I hace more energy.

Where is the protein in your breakfast plan?
@Greenhealthycooking6 ай бұрын
Healthy nutrition isn't a one-meal approach. This full day has 85g of protein in it using almond milk in your oats. If you use 2% cow's milk you would push the day's protein count to over 100g protein. To eat healthy you have to consider a full day, full week, full month. Not one ingredient or one meal.
