After the noodles were cooked 'al dente', I added fresh minced garlic with a bit of noodle water and the sauce, and finished cooking in the pan. It added really good flavor!

I like to add Chili crisp and a nice scoop of the dried Ramen additions from Ramen bae. They have a seafood addition or Kimchi one that are my favorites. It cooks with the Ramen or Squiggly noodles. Not a sponsor - Just like them. I also sometimes cook a dumpling or two to mix with the noodles.

@@HeySeanElynice!!! Give them a shot. I’ve only had the soy scallion one. I want to try the spicy and tingling pepper variety. I think they’re better than top ramen (from a taste, texture, and ingredients perspective)
