I Attempted a Hardcore Nuzlocke Only Using Blue Shinies In Pokemon Scarlet! The rules are I can only use Blue Shiny Pokemon In order to even participate in battles if that shiny Pokemon faints... I can't use them in battle anymore.. this was pure pain. It's a Pokemon Shiny only Nuzlocke, Hardcore Nuzlocke Shiny Only.

Shiny Vaporeon. I've been playing Pokemon since the games first came out on the gameboy. When I got my first game boy colour I was also given Pokemon crystal and in the egg I was given it hatched in to a shiny eevee my very first shiny so I just had to evolve it into a Shiny Vaporeon.

To explain the shiny charm part with home you can send all the pokemon that are in the dex then talk to the person that will give the charm and boom you have it right away As for the herba I can only guess that he used a high level mon to fight in tera battles hosted by someone else as all pokemon will obey in raids but that's only my speculation
