Tisha is pretty good, shes quite versatile, with good speed and p decent with extracting, extracting and speed trinkets just boost whichever you want to do more or mixed as well

Mainly use dog plush (toodles trinket) for her, and running shoes for speed, (Pink bow is not as useful since you want to save on stamina and prioritize walk speed), And extraciton, magnifying glass (rodger trinket) and wrench. Best mixed build would be dog plush w magnifying glass but shop only trinks, Running shoes w/ wrench,

To be honest I feel like you should buy Finn if you want to extract since Rodger is faster with extraction but is not really good with speed and can easily die but if you want to extract you should choose tisha
