fun fact - only YOU are responsible for your learning; not your organisation, not your manager etc. CFP = call for paper. Conference organisers ask for this ~6 months ahead of schedule. YOu submit the talk, it's reviewed and then selected (each conference has their own process). Google "DevOps CFP 2025".

only html and css isn't gonna get a big tech job. You need to do full front end dev, if that's what you want to focus on.
