yeah it most likely is because they are duoed with someone in the lobby, but they dont want that person to be reported too since they can ban you for queueing with a cheater, so appearing as not found is a way to keep the other person safe from spam reports

@@PIKIWII When you hit streamer mode it gives you a random name or chain of letters and numbers, this person's name is not on the list of names that overwatch gives when in streamer or hidden mode which means they either got a random name assigned cause it was reported (hence it sticking with them) or that's their chosen name

xRAPT0RA is definitely one of the streamer mode names, it refers to Pharah’s suit…. I’ve gotten it myself a couple of times in streamer mode. You’ve just been reporting random people that happen to get that streamer mode name 💀
