Someone made a video going over a lot of different reasons some games don't have skip buttons but one big one is that hsr is very story focused, and the writers put thousands of hours of work into it, so they don't want to insult those writers by making it easy to disregard all their work There's 3 types of people: those who will skip, button or not, those who will always read everything, and those want to skip but if not given a button will actually read it So by not adding a skip button they get more people to pay attention, amongst a lot of other reasons

ngl if you get a limited lightcone in the future and if you don't already have it i'd recommend DHIL's lightcone for the sheer fact it gives you energy regen and atk%just for using basics, it'll be more universal for your acc that yunli's (but yunli's has the better picture so I wouldn't blame you either way.)

@@Adelyn-hx3rx makes it so that his ultimate and follow up attack give shield, ultimate is equal to the amount of shield as skill while the follow up is only like half of the shield from skill
