Weird suggestion. I've run this a couple of times, with generally solid efficacy. AD on-hit Taric Jungle. Predator, cheap shot, ghost poro, relentless hunter, presence of mind, and cut the grass. Build path is galeforce, wit's end, rageblade, followed by either fimbulwinter and thornmail or nashor's tooth and thornmail. Really depends how you want to run it, but the goal is to maximize MS into lane, use your W and E to link a stun, and then on-hit reset your cooldowns and deal damage. Galeforce helps land E into lane, and pred helps engage. His clear is also good, start E into Q and don't level W until 4 unless you're able to gank early.
