just so you know btw, atlas doesn't insta-ban people when you submit it because that could easily be abused. If you submit it then it will more likely lead to a ban after a moderator/helper investigates it.

I know this video is quite old, but I am going to explain a few things about Atlas. Atlas doesn't ban people. Look at it as a game-vote system for high ranked players. You vote if a person is cheating, and it gets bumped higher on the list where moderators will investigate quicker (you are helping with response time). The Clips you're watching, other people have also seen it and made their vote on it which bumped it to the top of the list. This keeps people that aren't actually cheating on the bottom, while cheaters are bumped to the top. This negates false reports and makes the response time a lot better.
