Keeping money in the bank is like paying banks and the Government. Here's how it works: The bank gives out your money as loan, and charge interest obviously higher than inflation rate, and then give you, the depositor, interest lower than inflation rate. That means net loss for you. That is why I prefer to invest, and on average, my advisor makes returns that always beats inflation!

My wife and I did very well in the amount of money that we amassed for retirement. Well over 80% of that money averaging about $2 million was made because of taking advantage of buying high-end stocks at a deep discount during the Great Recession. 2009 I fired the stockbroker got rid of all mutual funds and bought individual dividend stocks. Be patient don't get scared and do your homework and you can make a killing.

For the first time, someone is honest about how long becoming a millionaire can take! I also like how you spoke to people who might not be interested in entrepreneurship but still want financial freedom. This is excellent and I have subscribed.
@nielgibson56052 жыл бұрын
Possible millionaire tips for younger people 1. Going into any profitable venture without money is a joke. 2. The key word in any venture is "diversification" especially given the times. You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. Unrelated but personal example: As one who has been into real estates for a very long time, I made my first million (in profit) earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the real estates market if I were solely banking on it.
@tomthetalker44422 жыл бұрын
Very sound and pragmatic. I have also been into all of these for quite some time and though I won't say I have lost a fortune, I have squandered quite a lot. If it's not a problem, do you mind recommending the pro you worked with? I could definitely use the help of one right now... I look forward to your reply...

Like: I can't afford, I don't have enough money, criticizing how others spend money, believing you always have to work hard to make money. Also how to feel/be in abundance now instead of waiting for the reality. #1 Open self up to receiving money in anyways, not limiting what your brain think of #2 Become a left side reader of the menu not a right side reader, not basing what you can have based on the $ amount ❤️

This video came at the right time. I recently decided to create digital products for my skincare business at the beginning of the year, and I had to learn this the hard way as well. It takes a good amount of work to create quality digital products. It's not all just getting a template and throwing things on it. If you want something of quality to represent your brand, best believe you gonna put in work. And this goes back to the fact that we will put work into the thing that we want the most; whether it's a 9-5 or our own business. Thanks for the book suggestions. 😀

I am simply a hairstylist and work for myself and I know how hard it is to create a business let alone anything passive. There is so much truth in what you’re saying, people think passive means passive right off the bat but it really does take years of work (mostly without any income at all) to get to the point of where the income starts coming in and THEN finally becomes passive. Girl, that made a lot of sense!!! "Planting the seeds of tomorrow, today" makes a lot of sense to me. Plant the seeds, (today), that you want to grow tomorrow so that you can enjoy the fruit (prosperity) of your labor in the future. Actually, my mother used to say that to my siblings and me. Moreover, her father said it to her and her siblings, and they are all very wealthy. Then I taught it to my daughter and my students, and they all understood it. To this day, my former students who are now adults find me on social media to thank me for the lessons I taught them. Thusly, you should continue on doing exactly what you are doing because you know what you are talking about, and you are very honest, apropos. So, I will definitely pass your channel on to my current students who are in college as well as those who are preparing for college. They need to see more young people like you who are independently gaining self-sufficiency and wealth. They need to know that today, they can earn a passive income while they are in college. It can help them on so many levels and help them get through college without student loan debt. 👍👋 May GOD continue Blessing your entrepreneurial endeavors so that the indigent can learn and escape that life of penury. 🙏🙌
