if you’re skeptical of beginning anything, that’s more of a reason to do it. i’ve been watching youtube since 2007 and have finally had the guts to create a youtube channel in 2023. just within a year, i’ve learned the business aspect of youtube, the content creation, the production, the entrepreneurship behind it, the psychology of youtube and most importantly the dedication and hustle. i’ll tell anywho who’s considering it to begin. we all have a story, why not share it? good luck to all the starting youtube channels out there.

Amazing content, and I also wish I have watched this video before I started my own channel, but I guess it's never too late to learn and improve as a content creator. I also believe that right now easiest path is to go faceless. I can just simply focus on my content, like there is no need to get judged by some randoms because of my looks, voice, etc... Toughest part is starting channel and growing to that point of 1000 subs (I can recommend using a little bit of famester, as it helps a lot with this type of channel and it is generally really good service for growing your channel).

I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame - ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

I spent 2.5 hours today so far watching your many videos , taking notes on key points etc. only thing is: I wished you would speak a bit slower with punctuations to give all your valuable info to take hold in my head and ears. I was so overwhelmed with trying to retain and get a hold of your last sentence but realized I don’t have time to linger because the next sentence is rushing in and be gone in a flash, at the end of it, I was so exhausted trying to catch up. I felt so stressful over this “ where is the fire?” Approach, I finally decided to stop to write this message to you. Hope you get to read it. Even as someone who works full time as a content creator and has been on KZbin for years, there wonderful advice here. I was growing very fast when I first started my channel because I got to the point, had basic but clear thumbnails, and made detailed tutorial videos. Then I fell for advice that said to make an intro, give my followers a nickname, welcome them back and ask people to subscribe, comment and like at the start. This created community and some very lovely longstanding followers who watch every video in its entirety, BUT IT COMPLETELY KILLED MY CHANNEL GROWTH and I stagnated at 60k subs. I implemented ALL your suggestions in 1 video based on revamping a trending topic in my niche and put it out yesterday. Immediately the video is in the No.1 spot compared to the last 10, views are up 46%, click-through rate is up, majority of views are from non-subscribers, and I got a bunch of comments from new viewers saying how to-the-point and helpful the video was. The video is now climbing the search ranks and overtaking big-view videos by other creators on the same topic. THANK YOU! 🙏 I will be regularly implementing these strategies to get my growth back on track.
