When Michelle sat down with the kids during that first really big melt down, and got really serious that was when she started to shine. I really didn't know this stuff is so hard. It's gonna have to be entertaining, but genuine.. I always thought like 90% was fake and staged. I now realize how much you have to improvise and come from a genuine perspective/emotion to open up the feelings of these kids.. Did great as always Michelle!
