This is a smart move. I started playing again 3 days ago. The new Resurgence map is honestly excellent. With that said, I can't say that it really comes close to WZ at launch. WZ at launch with the quality of life updates (not content or patches) was really great.

I think someone should make a battle royale style game but without time limits, spawn limits and without the continually narrowing playing field. I would like to see something where you can just get in and play as much as you want, and if you die you just respawn and pick up more weapons and keep going until you get bored. There's no trying to win matches, there's no pressure to perform well for your team, there's just you having fun shooting with other people. No scores, no teams, no leaderboards, no blaming each other for mistakes, just everyone running around having fun in a battle royale style game where death has almost no consequence, and the game has almost no limits. Trying to play an objective is fun at times, trying to get the most kills is fun at times, trying to be the best is fun at times, but I would at least for once like to see a game where you just have fun doing whatever in a sandbox, unlimited battle royale style game. If you want to stalk one player for an hour just to yell "BOO" through VOIP when you shoot him, you can. If you want to just run around and teabag everyone that dies, and not shoot anyone, you can. If you want to try and kill everyone as fast as possible, you can. If you want to spend the whole time setting up proximity mines everywhere for an hour, you can, LOL!
