@@pluto3194 you are not on the inside group of mafia or coven if you are GA, but they see you as one of their own as for you are keeping one of them safe. In mafia case for the lorewise fact? Mafia are of italian origin and Italy is a very religious country so... if you consider that fact you will see why almost all Maf would do anything to keep the GA safe and sound, therefor comunicate with him after confirmed to ensure no harm comes to him.

I just played as vamp. I had a ga. I got healed after I attacked the vh. I then got checked by the vh after whispering them instead of ga on accident. My ga had one protect left and they saved me. There was a silent poisoner who visited the vh too. I killed the poisoner while ga protected me from vh and poisoner attempted to poison me that night

Oof. I once got two ga roles in a row. The first time I didn't protect first night and my target, the hex master, was killed by the pirate. I then spent the rest of the game writing the best will ever with an overdramatic apology to my target and my wish for the pirate to die (I think it would be really cool actually if a ga who's target died turned into exe where the target was whoever killed their previous target). The second game I died first night then my target, a bodyguard, lasted until there were only 3 people left then was lynched because he was outnumbered by mafia.

I have a question real quick. If the game winds up in this situation, where it's GA and their target vs one other, can't the GA turn on their target, lynch them, and win as surv in a betrayal 2v1?

This is considered gamethrowing as GA has to always side with their target no matter what (while he doesn’t need to side with his target’s faction, at the minimum, he has to ensure his target survives. The only time your target is your enemy is when he turns into Jester at which you have to deny his win condition by letting him live.) . And in this situation, if GA lynches his target, GA loses without turning into surv because he needs a night to turn into surv which the game denied the GA this chance.
