This is the song that broke my shyness. In my junior year of high school, as the group walked into our English teacher classroom, the lyrics from this song was written on the chalkboard. I said: “ I know this song.” My classmates told the teacher. I explained my parents would play and sing the Frankie Laine version. The teacher invited me to sing it out loud. My heart did the singing, not me. My classmates applauded. This time, they did not laugh at me. I was not bullied anymore. From that point on, I was not the same, my timid ways and shyness was gone. It still touches that part in the heart. Thank you for sharing and making us believe there is good in the world. Stand up and say proudly: “I Believe!”

I’ve been waiting so long for someone to post this song and sing it EXACTLY like this “The way me & my 3 older sisters used to sing it in 4 part harmony’ but in this rhythm, their exact way! You really blew me away! WHAR AN AMAZING VOICE you have! But ur passion you put ur heart in to it I felt that for sure! I FELT THE PRESENCE OF GOD listening to you. I played it 5 more times never said a word just listened. Then I played 6 more times and harmonized with u. I have a home recording studio I did every harmony part & recorded them all 3 separate & then used my protools 7 and brought my Alto voice, my tenor, & added a 4th harmony in a few parts but WOW! It sounds amazing. I will only keep it for me & never use like post it for online in any social network EVER! No worries. I wouldn’t want someone to do that to me.
