It depends on which monthly shopify plan you have. The more you pay monthly the less the transaction fee. You can see it outlined side-by-side on their pricing page though: www.shopify.com/pricing

I set up my store in shopify and published 3 products and as my trial ended i had to pick a plan. I choose basic and it said ₹20(Indian rupee) for 3 months but when i was about to pay for it through UPI account they asked me to pay ₹5000($60) automatically which i didn't understand for what. If you know any other way to get access to my store by giving less money could you please suggest that for me because i can't pay that much money as it's a lot here

Yes I thought the opposite- that it would cost too much for me to start. That delayed my decision and also I have another site on WP, which I honestly think can be more time consuming on my own. Besides that, its functionality provides lots of things I’d probably have more overhead on in my own, separate website. So far, so good and hopefully making more sales as I ramp up on time for making new art and marketing more. Thank you for your great tips and very clear instructions.
