Guys before you try this, do this: 1: Hold the pen like you are ready to write 2: Use your index finger to spin the pen down, using your thumb as support 3: Push down with your index finger and use your middle finger (which should be right next to your index), and catch it. 4: Your thumb should still be helping hold it, the pen should be vertical, beside the pen should be your index finger, and your middle finger should be wrapped around it. 5: Use your thumb to push the pen in-between your middle and index fingers 6: Put your thumb under the pen, and then push the pen up using the thumb, while moving your middle finger under, now move it to the pen position 7: Repeat, quicker and quicker. I hope this helps! I figured this out by myself because these videos were not great help at all for people with less motivation to learn these.

For anyone who can't catch the pen try this. #1 Hold the pen the way as he holds but hold at the heavier side of the pen(for example the side with the cap) always. #2 Don't give pressure and just use your middle finger to push the pen. #3 Extend your index finger as you push the middle finger and when it rotates then catch. By this way and with some practice you could easily do this
