The Akata witch series is great because they age up throughout and the tone changes!

Interesting reads. Thanks for sharing :). I'm including some of these books in my to-read list. There are a lot of books out there that most people haven't heard about that should get a lot more exposure. The last one I read was When Dying Is Not a Problem and I really liked it, but very few people know about it.

I finished my Jan/Feb bath book Lucky in Love. It really needed to be titled something with chocolate because every chapter had a blurb about chocolate. My favorite was Eve left Eden form the chocolate. Luckily, I eat semi sweet chocolate chips in my bath so I wasn't craving it afterwards. I also finished listening to Thomas, which is a high fantasy. It meandered a little and had lots of mixed messages. It was like they tried to make a point but didn't want to make it too strongly for one side. It was a nice short romp about good and evil with an interesting love story. I DNFed for now Gunner, which is a warewolf/shifter novella. I just wasn't in the mood for it.

I did a reread of Walk Through Fire by Kristen Ashley, it’s my all time favourite book so it takes my top spot in February. I also enjoyed Recovery Road by Christine Feehan who’s another favourite author. I also read four books that are in the same series by Jessi Gage which I also enjoyed quite a bit. It was actually a slow month for me, I only read 9 books. I went away to look after my sisters dog and he wouldn’t let me read😂 He likes attention, a lot of attention; lucky he’s cute😂
