Hi folks,
super grateful to have made it till the number 10 podcast. I am very inspired to be here and by god's grace i hope to be here for the longest, i have talked and shared about how relationships have nurtured and shaped me into the person that i am today. Relationships are one of the pillars of the human race, we are creatures of relationships and bonds, but lets look into the true and the real purpose of relationships. I also briefly talk about my recent hangin out sess with my big brother, who showed up in town (unannounced). Bhai just 1 question ! Just started going to gym ...(1 year) Cant take protein supplements as most nowadays are adulterated...cant be trusted Cant eat non veg ( though non vegetarian previously) as i feel guilty after eating ... No clear progress seen in ma body as protein lean sources not up to the mark... What to do brother ! Please shed your views ...i take your viewpoint very piously 🙏

Brother, I can only suggest the fundamentals of nutrition and body, if you are training hard then you gotta consume enough protein, to build muscles, we all have our unique challenges, we must find our way around it. I started taking protein from the age 21, you have to do some research and buy from a decent brand, don’t focus upon the negatives, stay optimistic and open your heart! You will be taken care of, you wont experience fake supplements issue, i haven’t up until Now :))

a lil confused here. So, we should basically thank the people who cheated on us? People who moved ahead in no time whereas we're the ones suffering at the other end. I'm sure you've explained it well, maybe I didn't get this point correctly.

Hey bhavna, I just share everything that I experience and have experienced, I am not preaching or teaching anything to anyone, I humbly share my own journey and my own lessons, I don’t undermine anyone’s pain or suffering! We all have a unique journey, and yes cheating, lying, betraying is a hurtful act! But what I truly meant was, when we experience betrayal by another human then that gives us a lesson and an opportunity to trust no one but ourselves, similarly when someone cheats on us, that gives us wisdom to be our own lover first and then decide to include another human being in it, in the form of a relationship! :) I have deep respect and empathy for everyone’s pain and sufferings, I hope I have made some sense here.
