Shania, when I was your age I colored my mom's hair all the time. One time I tried a honey blonde too and it came out as a burnt orange. She HATED it initially, but after a week of teaching and the compliments from her coworkers and students, she LOVED it and wanted a repeat lol! So don't worry about mummy right now, she'll be proud of it even more so because YOU did it! 😉 I don't know about dark and lovely, but the creme of nature and Revlon colors worked well!
