@@brad_b0y you can only put 8 has browns in one rack. There are 3 frier vats and you can put two racks in each. I know others are different, but my store only has 4 racks. On top of that, they take 2 minutes to cook and bagging them can also be time consuming. I hope that helps clear it up.

As someone who currently works as a janitor for McDonald’s, there are some boxes and stuff that the workers drop on the floor. And when they drop stuff on the floor, it’s not good anymore, so it goes in the trash. But in my country, we also have the monopoly thing going on, so when that happens, I just peel off the stickers off of the boxes that aren’t good anymore, and keep them for me. Free potential money, because of how much my coworkers drop stuff.
